February month update~

Holy crap! 2 weeks ago was my last post?! HAHAHA

So what's new? Obviously new videos on my Youtube Channel! Also le gf and I have been hooked playing Minecraft together! Started a new series of videos xD

Also Chinese New Year..meaning LOTS OF FOOD! The first week of CNY is madness! I've eaten so much that I've gained 2kg! And le gf admits my belly has risen! #RiseoftheBelly!

And le awesome GF gotten me something REALLY awesome..she gotten me a Kingston HyperX Cloud II for Valentine's..OH MY GAWWWWDDDDD...Laineyyz you're awesome! LOVE YOU BABE!

Well also been busy with work being that all the products was rushed due to company holiday for almost 2 weeks..

9 days off! And heck..those 9 days just flew by! WHAT?!

Went back to dad's hometown in Sabak Bernam on for 2 days..and then mom's hometown in Kuala Selangor for a day..

Then on 10th Feb..sent family to airport for their trip to Ho Chin Minh..after that I drove back to Batang Kali to meet up with le gf and her parents..stayed awhile and hung out with her family before we left for Frasers in the evening

MAAAAAAAAAAANNNN..those 4 days in Frasers was AWESOME! It was colllddddddd..and so relaxingggggggg..I did not want to leave the place..although there was a crowd there due to the holidays but thankfully it isn't like Genting or Cameron (heard over radio that Cameron was jammed from Tanah Rata to Brinchan and even the Sungai Palas Route..MAD!)

And we had to end our Fraser trip on Saturday to get back home to check on the pets

On Valentine's..le GF and I went to have awesome brunch at RT Cafe in SS15..we ordered Big Breakfast, Grilled Chicken with Herb Sauce, Mushroom soup and baked Potato Boat..we stuffed ourselves silly! HAHA

The Big Breakfast was okay..the sausage was good along with the scramble eggs..but the coleslaw was generic..the hash brown was bland

The Grill Chicken I had was good! One side dish kinda struck me weird..it came with nachos..and it's those snack nachos pack type..haha

Mushroom soup and Potato Boat was good! No "buts" here hahahhaha

We then went to watch Deadpool and IT IS AWESOME! Ryan Reynolds definitely suits the role of Deadpool! So much reference!

We then went for Valentine's dinner at Three Little Pigs.. le gf wasn't feeling well so she ordered just a salad and I went for the pork chop grill which was tasty..then we left for home to rest

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016! Heh heh...

Yeah I'm late! Sorry for being away from the blog for a very long time..well here's an update!

I actually made an impromptu Christmas/Thank You video..and I was mumbling AND just talking away without any proper direction..I WAS NOT PREPARED! HAHA!

On Christmas le gf and I; and friends went for Karaoke at Teo Heng in Sunway Giza..we sang and laughed real hard! Haha..it was a fun day out..ended the day nomming with a "simple" dinner at Wong Kok which is also in Sunway Giza xD

Was also busy nomming around town for the new year..ooh ooh..and we watched Star Wars Episode VII! We both enjoyed the movie! I know many don't but I'm glad mostly did because we did too!

WARNING..FOOD PORN AHEAD!

Before the movie we went to grab some brunch at Food Foundry at Section 17 PJ..we were a little early so their famous Crepe selection was limited..VERY limited..there was only Vanilla! So we ended up getting a Tiramisu..

We then got a little hungry and decided to have brunch here..and we ordered Pan Seared Butter Fish with Mango and Japanese Salsa..and goodness me..we had no idea it'll taste so good..I'm drooling as I'm typing this! HAHAHA..the butter fish was tender and juicy! The salsa mix was so goooood..and the mash potato..the fragrance is something that hits home..

For dinner..we went to Palsaik 8-Color Pork BBQ..8 Colour as in 8 different marination per pork belly (75g)

Le GF and I took the RM128 set which was meant for 2-4 pax xD

It's recommended to start from Ginseng, Wine, Pine Leaves, Garlic, Herb, Curry, Miso Paste and ending with Hot (Spicy)

I find my favourite being Herb, Pine Leaves and Garlic..

Ginseng was quite mild..

Wine had a slight tinge of red wine at the end of each bite..

Pine Leaves has a very strong aroma which is delish!

Garlic is gooood even it was just plain garlic!

Herb is very similar to those "Garlic & Herb" spice bottles used for pasta..so it's DELISH! xD

Curry was very very mild for Asian standard xP

Miso Paste wasn't very appetising..and the miso aroma was again very mild!

Hot aka Spicy...the most disappointing of the lot..not even spicy

The set also comes with a huge bowl of seafood soup which was good! The banchan aka Korean side dish that came with this sat was very..boring..HAHAHA..per person was a bowl of salad and cucumber in spicy sauce..that's it!

I AM STILL ALIVEEEEE

I AM STILL HERE LAAAAAA!

Well..it's more like I've been tied up at work..being the one that has to handle sales and products preparation can be stressful

At the same time trying to find time to play games and enjoy it..and not just playing games to record

I've been having issues with the LGP..as my buddy from the BunnyTeam.net mentioned..I am having a headache configuring my mic to record my commentary!

The Avermedia Live Gamer Portable records the game audio just fine..it's the mic that's the issue..the LGP has an Audio-in and it not meant for a mic..once I enter ReCentral..under the Audio Settings..I change the Audio-in option from HDMI to Audio-in..it will only record my mic and not the game audio..gaaahhh

So then I tried..getting a 3.5mm female-female adapter..which then connects to a 3.5mm Male to 2 x 3.5mm female adapter..in which one jack will go directly into my USB soundcard which ends up with my PS4..and the second jack goes into my PC..works kinda like a splitter of some sort..

I test run playing Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Open Beta to test record using the LGP for the first time..and maaaaaan..I got good video quality..and my voice? Barely audible! It's like I'm not even there! Geeeee..wasted 1 and half hour of recording! (I played badly in that session anyway..and got disconnected more than 5 times..so yeah)

To those audiophiles out there..don't come screaming at me! I'm just doing it the cheap way..and it's not the right way..I know xP

So here's the problem..my mic is super soft even at 100% recording. I then boost it 10db..20db..30db..and oh gawwwwwd..there's this loud long beep throughout the recording..ANNNDD..the quality is baaaaaaad..

Consulted my buddy - Strifemare; who does music..and ask about it..he told me the issue is that the audio from the mic is being split..and that causes the volume to split as well..

As for the long loud beep? It could be an interference coming from either the PC or PS4/USB Soundcard..he mentioned one way to stop it is to get a diode that forces the audio to go only 1 way..

I'm like - OH NOESSSSSS..but I found a software mixer prior to his reply..Voicemeeter..and I'm gonna go home to try out something..

I'm hoping that Voicemeeter will take my mic input..and split it as it allows for 2 physical output and 1 virtual output..using the 2 physical output..I'm planning to take the 2nd output to push the mic audio through one of the unused motherboard sound port..which then using a 3.5mm male-male cable into my controller..as a mean to communicate with my party chat members..

I've also recently purchased Minecraft..I've heard loads of story and watched quite alot of videos..but I'm still clueless on what to do and how to survive..

I've played only about 30 mins in..need to explore more! Will upload more soon! Bear with me!

What else? Destiny? I've completed the Vanilla Destiny's main story..I know there are a bunch of side quests..but I'm just breezing through to get a walkthrough video up and running..hopefully you guys can just use it as a refresher hehehe..next would be the 3 expansions.. The Dark Below, The House of Wolves and The Taken King..

The guys at BunnyTeam has been bugging me to join their raids and other modes..and I've yet to join them in any single one..BAHAHAHA..sorry-lah guys! xP

Need to finish Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection too! Hahahhaa..too many gameessssssssss

Le gf is back!

Well..by the time of this posting..le gf is already back for 4 days now xP

Welcome homeeeeeeeee..welcome back to the heat..mwehehehe

What else is new? Well I ended up purchasing a condenser mic and a scissor arm for the mic..which cost me about RM107.00..the only thing is..to wait..dang! Hahahaha..it's estimated to arrive in the early weeks of January! Nuuuuuuuuuuu

I've also made a purchase for a second hand Avermedia Live Gamer Portable! And guess what? It just arrived few minutes I started typing this blog post! HAHA! And here it is!

Will need to set up later to give it a test run! Can't wait!

What's new?

Hey there Maddies! Anything new? Haha..nope not really..but yes..there's new videos!

On the 29th November I was out the entire Sunday..it started with a track day at Elite PLUS Speedway Circuit

The track day organized by DS Motoroil and Wheelspin Event Management and was running from 930am till 130pm..I was there to help out as well as taking photos and videos..need to practice more photography ever since I've gotten my DSLR last year

Also at the event I helped show two drivers on my driving technique..and also at the same time gatal (tempted) laaaa..so had the chance...Hong my buddy allowed me to drive his car and showing him my driving lines..we used RaceChrono to time my runs and I managed to set a best of 58.5 seconds (which is almost the same as my previous best in my car)..I hope he can improve further

Jeet of Wheelspin did request me to coach Shiva..another Satria Neo driver..met up with Shiva and he was running minor engine performance mods but still standard on suspension and tyres..by the time I had a chance to drive he already worn his tyres quite badly..so I just show him my lines at lower speeds..Shiva I hope you can keep it up and improve..don't give up! And I hope I helped =s

Le gf is still in Korea..can't wait to see her again this Sunday once she's back! Glad that she's enjoying herself there (rigggghhhht?) Heheheh..We do our video calls at night to check in on ourselves..and getting a little cheesy..and I'm gonna end it here..it's for her and me only! Bleh xP

1 week already?!

Wow..almost a week of being away! Sorry guys! Was really tied up at work!

And I wasn't even able to upload new videos for the entire week..well it's because le gf is heading to Korea for her holiday trip with her friends..I'm sorry my dear I couldn't go with you =(

Throughout the whole week I've actually decided to spend as much time with her as possible before she heads off to Korea for 10 days..yea yea I know..I'm a little clingy.. xP

Well..she's already 2 nights into Korea by the time this post is up..glad that she's enjoying herself there as it is winter now haha

We've been keeping in touch with video calls (she's on the hotel's wifi *phew*) and when she's out she's able to get online via this "EGG" which pretty much is a modem/router thingy-ma-jig..let's just say it's a wifi device lah xD

On the gaming side..on the 25th November..Rainbow Six: Siege Open Beta was launched..for us at Malaysia it was the 26th..downloaded the game via UPlay after getting back home on the Thursday night..I was able to run the game on the 27th and had a run..played Terrorist Hunt - Lone Wolf (Me vs Bots)

It's fun! Definitely not Destiny or Call of Duty..there is no longer the cover system that was available in Rainbow Six: Vegas & Vegas 2..but it was still fun! Going solo was tough..I couldn't even win any of the mission..here's the video of it xD

It's even more fun when you play with friends! I've gotten my buddy Strifemare to tag along..and maaaaaan it's fun! Here's the video

More videos and a date (more foooood)!

Had more live streams recently! Actually..there was 2 last Friday the 20th..hahaha

First I streamed Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, followed by Rocket League

I was on leave on that day but was running errands throughout the day...after dinner I had about an hour before meeting up with a buddy..I decided to run Uncharted..so it was kind of an impromptu live stream

I noticed I have to work up on a few things after re-watching (well, technically just hearing) my videos..my pronunciation is the main issue here and I sound as if my nose it stuffed...I tend to mumble alot..there's also the issue of my confidence in speaking up..I still find that I am still awkward behind the mic..oh more importantly..I AM VERY..FLAT! I know it doesn't sound like it..but I am actually enjoying the game..my voice is doing so much INJUSTICE! I really sound like I'm not enjoying the game..I WILL improve!

After getting home from the short meet up..I ran Rocket League..

And boy I'm glad that I did the stream..thanks to those that watch especially le gf (for watching me play Uncharted too!)!

A few match was so intense that we drew 1-1 till we hit Overtime..the ball was being moved back and forth between the two halves..and yours truly had the least contribution of course HAHA!

I actually had my adrenaline pumping hard! My fingers was freezing cold at the end of the video! To the point I'm actually speechless at the end of the video..I really enjoyed this session!

Over the weekend, le gf and I went to Pavilion, we wanted to have Rocku Yakiniku for lunch but decided not to as we had a very heavy porky dinner the night before

We ended up to Capricciosa ehehehhehe..they were running a promotion for Watson card members where you can buy 1 main course and get a free main course..we decided to order the Salmone Pasta, BBQ Chicken Pizza for our main course..as for drinks, le gf had Strawberry Tea and I had Vanilla Chocolate Mint smoothie..hehehe..CHEAT DAY!

Let's start off with Salmone Pasta..le gf requested Linguini as pasta of choice..it's our favourite pasta menu at Capriciossa at the moment! The pan grilled salmon fillet is a litttle dry to my preference..but the sauce and smoke salmon chunks goes so well with the linguini! I'm drooling now as I recall the taste!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Our BBQ Chicken Pizza arrived as we were almost done with the pasta..it looked meh..and unsurprisingly..so was the taste..the cheese was so uneven and it was sooooooooo thinly spread around the pizza..the BBQ sauce and the super crispy crust was the only saving grace hahaha

As for our drinks, le gf had Strawberry Tea..which has..black tea, strawberries, a slice of lemon and some mint leaves..it's good but a little too sour for my taste haha..

My Vanilla Chocolate Mint smoothie was nice..suitable for sweet tooth and a choco tooth! I love chocolate..and this is good with a hint of mint..

So here's my rating!

Salmone: 10/10

BBQ Chicken Pizza: 3/10 for the sauce and crispy crust!

Strawberry Tea: 7/10 (this is personal preference due to how sour the drink is..some may love it)

Vanilla Choco Mint Smoothie: 9/10 (My favourite! HAHAH!)

More Live Streaming..well..it was yesterday

I put up a post saying I was gonna do a live stream yesterday (18th November)..and I did!

I still find talking to myself awkward..but it isn't as awkward as my initial live stream...I've been building up some hype in myself to get ready for the streaming..getting in the zone laaaaa..hahaha

Although I've been doing that at work..WHILE working..I still wasn't sure how it'll turn out..but I gave it a go anyway..never try never know right? YOL- Okay..I don't want to go there lol

There was some connection issue at the end..almost at the 49th minute onwards..I noticed on my Youtube Control Centre that my streaming was dropping in quality..and it kinda screw up the final part of the video..

I had to actually defend Ghost while he did his thing with the transmitter..so if you're watching the video..bear with my random jibberish xD

My own FB Page!

I have decided to open my own Facebook page for the Youtube Channel that I'm running.

This will be a hectic journey for me and a personal one too. I have always had stage fright and I know many out there have them too! 

I've always have stage fright even with just a few people watching me doing my sales presentation. My hands gets cold..words stutter out my mouth..lips trembling..and worst..my brain will not cooperate with my thoughts...I bet most having stage fright feels the same..

This is one of the reasons why I started a Youtube Channel..and doing Live Streaming. It was all good at the beginning as it was just only gameplay and there was not voice recording.

And when I decided to include my own voice for the first time in the 3rd Rocket League video..I started to have thoughts of hundreds of viewers watching..thankfully the BunnyTeam's Leader Zozi and member Kelvin was on the party chat and hearing their voice and talking altogether was comforting

It was when I replayed my video after the Live Stream I noticed it was ONLY my voice! Found out that the other participants in the PS Party Room also require them to check an option for me to record their voice.

This got me even more nervous when I tried my Live Stream of Destiny #1 and those watched/watching it will notice

I know eventually I will have to appear in front of camera (wishful thinking?) and it will be awkward all over again! Haha!

Away for the weekend!

Was away for the weekend. Went back to le gf's home at Frasers Hill, Pahang!

There's a few get-away hills/highlands in Malaysia, and the famous ones are Genting Highland, Cameron Highland and Frasers Hill.

My personal favourite, Frasers and Cameron. These two offer the best relaxation and tranquility.

But the best for relaxation? Definitely Frasers. You're tucked away peacefully away from all the hectic tourism of the other 2 spots. Frasers take away most entertainment and lets you be at peace with yourself as well as with nature

Been returning to le gf's parent's home in Frasers so frequent and I'm enjoying every moment of it. To be able to walk from home to the town without any worry of air pollution (except the last one due to the haze) as well as enjoying the cold breeze...maaaaaan..that's just something hard to describe.

And when it's really cold..just have a cup of nice hot English tea while sitting at the front porch..spacing out..hearing the birds chirp..watching the clouds go over the mountains..it's heavenly..really..maybe it's just the age catching up =s

Le gf dad is also an awesome cook! On Saturday he cooked up awesome pork curry for dinner! Earlier, during afternoon tea..le gf's parents made "Bombe Alaska"..without the fire and alcohol though haha

After dinner we drove into town and there was a slight drizzle..and it was super chilly! We stopped by the local cafe and had ginger-black-tea (Teh-O Halia) while sitting at the walk way of the cafe. Cold breeze and hot ginger tea..oh so awesome!

We ended the day slacking and playin Zenonia S on our mobile phones..yeah..we still can't get rid of our phone addiction =s

Woke up Sunday and Uncle was already preparing breakfast, fried bihun (vermicelli)! Had some curry left over from dinner, and mixed it up with the bihun..oh so savory! I had 2 plates!

After stuffing ourself silly..we went for a walk to town..the morning breeze and air is so refreshing. We spaced out for abit and then just sat by a chair overlooking a portion of the mountains/hills.

Walked back home and packed our stuff and got ready to leave back to KL..having withdrawals already! T__T

On the way home, stopped by Impulse Sunway and gotten myself a copy of Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition (includes Destiny and 2 expansions).

I tried another live stream while TRYING to commentate the game..MAN it felt awkward! Watch it here:

Stopped the live stream and then played a while longer after that...haha..this Youtube thing requires more confidence in myself..it's definitely a good platform though..as I am yet confident to actually show my face haha! =P

After uploading 2 videos to Youtube for Rocket League "Let's Play"..I've been thinking..should I consider a capture card?

The Live Stream videos is not bad..just that the video quality tend to drop out here and there..perhaps due to the compression and network quality? I have no idea actually..

Due to financial constraints..I've decided to upload..or to be specific have Live Stream "Let's Play"(s) for now

As well as random videos caught on my car's dashcam of douchebag motorists on the road! Or even just pure random videos! Haha!

More Rocket League!

Dragged le gf Laineyyz to try Rocket League over the weekend! She definitely had fun! Haha!

We first played offline, we teamed up against the AIs as she get used to the game mechanics.

After a while, suggested that we play splitscreen Online. I was wondering if it would work since her PS Account doesn't have PSN+.

Searched a game and it worked! We played for quite a while till she got a headache! HAHAHA!

And last night we did a Live Stream together! Here it is!

Boy we had fun..although we lost most of the time we played! Especially that one specific game where we lost 8-0! MAAAAAAN..those guys were goooood!

Will post more live stream gaming soon! I'm enjoying this! Haha!

Woohoo! Thanks for the people of Sony! They made livestreaming so much easier! Recently they updated the Playstation 4 to include Youtube livestreaming! 

I had my first game of Rocket League last night and I streamed it LIVE! Hooo boy! The game is ADDICTIVE! I'm a little late into the Rocket League scene but heck it was still fun as hell!

Before I knew it I have already streamed for an hour! Each game only lasts for 5 or so minutes but it didn't feel that way!

Hell! From now on I will stream live if I'm playing this! Will post it here! Hope to join the likes of Markiplier and gang if I ever join their game! Doubt it though..chances are they will create their own private match xD
